We are vegan
All our skincare products are vegan. We do not use any animal-based ingredients. We, categorically, do not test on animals, which is luckily (and about time) now a rule in the EU.

BAD NORWEGIAN tests all products on friends, not animals. Fortunately, we have many and they are vital in the composition of our products. We are proudly listed onwww.dyrevern.no which is the official list of companies that refrain from animal testing in Norway.

We design and develop our skincare in Norway, and produce in Sweden. Keeping things local, makes it much easier for us to ensure that everything is done according to our needs, wants and standards.

The Roll Deo is an aluminium-free, 100% natural deodorant — and if you're coming from a conventional antiperspirant (which contains aluminium salts to physically block sweat glands), the transition period can be quite noticeable. When the body is no longer being told to suppress sweating, it often goes through an adjustment phase that can last anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. During this time, many people experience more sweating and odour than usual as the skin recalibrates — this is completely normal and temporary, but it can unfortunately give a misleading first impression of a new product.
Regarding the shirt, natural deodorants don't contain aluminium, which is actually the ingredient most commonly linked to yellow staining on fabrics. That said, any roll-on product applied to fabric before fully drying can leave marks, so we always recommend letting the product dry fully before dressing.
That said, we also know that not every product works for every person — body chemistry, activity level, diet, and individual skin type all play a role, and we would never dismiss your experience. If you'd like to give it another try with the transition period in mind, or if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. We'd be happy to help.
