Cancellations returns and refunds
Our returns policy remains valid for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a notification email as an acknowledgement of receipt thereof. In this email, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we ask that you firstly, check your bank account again.

Thirdly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If after you have completed all of this and you have yet to receive your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. To this end, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange them for the same items, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and kindly send the defective or damaged items to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Should the item not have be marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you at a later stage, the refund will be sent to the gift giver and he will then find out about your return.

You will be liable for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item of over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or perhaps purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
